Salford Women's Aid is a local charity working to end domestic violence. We provide refuge accommodation for women and children and we run a support helpline. We provide advice, information and emotional support to people experiencing all forms of domestic abuse and sexual violence.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Hi everyone. Me again. I have decided to run the Manchester 10k for the second time, this time in support of Salford Women's aid. You were all so generous 2 years ago and I hope you will be again.

I will keep you posted with lots of photos of me looking terrible whilst training which will keep you all entertained. Thanks for reading and thanks for donating.
