Story

We are a team from the Radiotherapy Department in Oxford (Lis Turner, Bernadette Lavery, Chris Turner, Tim Collingwood, Mandy Collingwood,Louise Drummond,Jo Kelly, Sinead Calvert, Rob Palmer, Catherine Touhy, Erica Hawes, Nancy Firkin, Liz Macaulay and Chris Alcock) who are bravely attemping a Sponsored Abseil.

On Sunday 27th April we will be abseiling 100 feet, down the Women's Centre at the John Radcliffe Hospital, to raise money as part of  the further £2 million required to ensure that patients are treated with the most technologically advanced equipment available - equipment that goes above and beyond current NHS standards - and to improve the healing environment for patients, bu landscaping outdoor terraces and providing items like pressure-relieving mattresses.
