The rate of mental health, depression, anxiety unfortunately are growing. The way to beat is to go out and be proactive, it could be anything walking, jogging, cycling, whatever makes you feel happy, but you need to commit, it just go outside, just do it. Anything is possible with the right mindset!
Help me to support Changes Bristol while taking part in a Bristol run. I'm aiming to help raise money and awareness for people suffering with mental distress in Bristol. Fundraising will help Changes Bristol in supporting people in mental health distress. Being a small charity, they don't receive any statutory funding and your donations mean a huge amount to them.
