Alzheimer's disease is the most common cause of dementia in the UK.

Alzheimer's is a type of dementia that affects memory, thinking and behaviour. Symptoms eventually grow severe enough to interfere with daily tasks.

I do this in memory of my beloved grandmother.  Which was one of the most amazing things in my life.  And I believe that she will be very proud of me.
