London to Paris in 24 Hours · 24 July 2020
On the evening of 24th July 2020 we will be attempting to cycle from London to Paris in 24hrs (this includes 4hrs sleep on the ferry!). Due to covid-19 travel restrictions this has been arranged at short notice, however we have trained well and are feeling confident.
We are cycling for The Rainbow Trust who support families of terminally ill children.
The pandemic has been particularly difficult for fundraising for the Rainbow Trust at a much needed time.
Any donations are much appreciated by us and The Rainbow trust.
We hope for good weather and no major mechanical issues so we can get there on time!
Rainbow Trust Children's Charity enables families who have a child with a life threatening illness to make the most of precious time together; providing expert practical and emotional support, where they need it, for as long as it is needed. £26 will provide one hour of care, enough time to entertain a seriously ill child so that their parents can have a break.
