On the 17 May 2009, i am doing the BUPA Manchester 10k,( IN FANCY DRESS) and all donation`s i raise are going to Francis House, who do a fantastic job making terminally ill children`s short life a little better, follow this link to see why im helping. www.francishouse.org.uk i will post the route and times on facebook you can come down and have a laugh....
