I am running Bristol Half marathon on September 15th for the Rainbow Trust charity in memory of Russell Simmons.

We lost Russ earlier this year and I want to give back to the charity which is close to his parents Jan and Dave Simmons heart.

He will always be remembered, and I'm pretty sure he'll be having a laugh watching me struggle the whole 13 miles, that cheeky smile will never be forgotten.
