Our team of 10 colleagues from Birmingham (UK) will cycle the length of the famous Tour de France (3404km) within the Birmingham area to raise at least £1000 for Deutsche Bank's charities of the year: The Helen Bamber Foundation, and the Elephant Family.

We will split the length of the route between the 10 of us, and we will complete the distance using a combination of outdoor and indoor cycling. We will complete this challenge in under 8 weeks. I personally will complete 300km.

These two charities both do very different, but very important work. The Helen Bamber Foundation works with survivors of genocide, torture, trafficking and rape, providing them with practical support and treatment to help them to build new futures and deal with their pasts. The Elephant Family works to save the Asian elephant from extinction in the wild, funding projects across Asia such as projects to protect habitat.
