NHS Charity Skydive

NHS Charity Skydive · 16 January 2021
2020 has been a very difficult year for many, everyone has been forced to experience many ups and downs without any preparation for what was in store.
At the start of the pandemic, 3 friends/NHS Midwives stood outside, while clapping for key workers and thought: “what more can we do to support our local hospitals?”
It was then we came up with the idea of a skydive. Yep, throwing ourselves out of a perfectly good plane 15,000ft in the air and screaming the whole way down. I know.. madness.
This is something we have wanted to do for a while. So why not tick something off the bucket list, while raising money for an amazing local charity. The funds collected will go to the Watford Maternity Unit so they can, not only carry on raising staff morale, but also continuing to provide high-quality maternity care for women during their pregnancy, labour and after the birth of their baby.
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. We appreciate the support and we promise to keep you updated during the process and make everyone proud.
