Birmingham Champions Trophy 2018
Raise for Life are proud to announce that we are partnering with Birmingham Children’s Hospital to help raise as much funds to support the hospital in general.
We all know of some child or may even have been patients at the hospital ourselves. We’ve seen and experienced the love, care, dedication and support that every member of staff has shown since the children’s hospital was established in 1862; a testimony to how pivotal and important this institute is to our city and communities.
The hospital has been at the centre of providing world-class healthcare to children and providing support to families in their time of need for over 150 years.
It goes without saying that our children are our most precious assets, with their health being our top priority. When their health deteriorates for whatever reason, it is this hospital and their staff that we turn to for help and support. Without question or discrimination, the experienced and specialist medical staff help to get our children back on their little feet. For this reason (and many others) it is important that WE as a community show our support and help, wherever possible, allowing the hospital to deliver critical care and services to our precious children.
On Sunday 30th December 2018, at Edgbaston’s Indoor Cricket Centre, Raise for Life will be holding its annual cricket tournament - THE BIRMINGHAM CHAMPIONS TROPHY - to support the hospital. The tournament will consist of 8 of the best cricket teams from around the city and beyond, who will battle it out to be named Champions!
Each team has pledged to raise £600 (minimum) towards the cause but they and we need your support to raise as much as possible!
You can donate direct on the Raise for Life Just Giving Page or join us at this cricket extravaganza event and show your support. There will also be activities and food on the day for you to enjoy!
Alternatively, contact a member of the RfL team or one of the featuring teams to give your donation.
Remember, every single penny that you donate will go directly to the Birmingham Children’s Hospital.
