This year myself and the RICS Matrics Committee will be participating in the Santa Run, Yes in Santa outfits in the aid of The Alzheimer’s Society. LionHeart is the benevolent fund for RICS members, past and present, and their families. As Chair of the RICS Leicestershire and Rutland Matrics, together with my Committee we aim to achieve the target of £750.00 this year from the Fun Run.

Supporting our National Chairmans Charity chosen the Alzheimer’s Society Those of you who have or have had a family member with some form of dementia will understand how terrible the disease is, how it completely changes the life of that person with the disease. They become a shadow of the person you look up to, respect and love. It can be quite heart breaking to watch as they become reliant upon others.

All donations are gratefully received to help support Alzheimer’s Society in the quest to find cures and offer support to sufferer’s and their families
