Story
In April 2026, I’ll be running the London Marathon (my second marathon) to raise money for Alzheimer’s Research UK.
This isn’t just a fitness goal or a bucket list item. It’s personal. Both my grandmother and my wife’s grandmother suffered from Alzheimer’s, and we witnessed firsthand the devastating impact this disease has, not only on those living with it, but on the families who love and care for them.
Alzheimer’s is relentless. It doesn’t just take memories it steals connection, identity, and independence. Far too many families know the heartbreak of watching someone they love disappear in front of them.
I’m running this marathon for them and for the millions of others affected. I’ve committed to raising funds to support Alzheimer’s Research UK, who are leading the charge to find a cure and bring hope to future generations.
I’m determined to give this everything I’ve got. Every mile will be for the future we hope to help build one where Alzheimer’s no longer has the final say.
If you’re able to support my journey, I’d be incredibly grateful. Whether it’s a donation, a share, or a few words of encouragement, it truly means the world.
Thank you for helping me run with purpose.
Raj
