I'm raising money for a brilliant charity called Red Balloon which supports children who are too frightened to go to school because of bullying, mental health problems and/or other trauma in their lives.

Most people will have come across bullies, experienced mental health problems or significant trauma at some stage in their lives, but many people will fortunately not have such experiences during their childhood. However, for those children who are do go through these experiences the effects can be truly devastating and result in, for example, result in them not being able to attend school, or maybe not even be able to leave their room, with their parents desperately seeking a way to help them. This is where Red Balloon comes in.

Red Balloon really does make a huge difference to young people's lives and I've seen first hand the transformation which Red Balloon can help to bring about with their mixture of therapeutic and academic services.

I've been working to raise money for this wonderful charity for a few years now and have been fortunate enough to see the effects of donations and fundraising campaigns which I've been involved in.
