The Countryfile team are back and raising life-changing amounts of money by donning their walking boots.  

Salus are joining in too with our own sponsored Countryfile Ramble to help change support children and young people.  

As we did a few years ago, we are walking the Worcestershire canal from Tardebigge to Worcester (approx 10 miles).
