On Father's day 2025, I will be taking part in the London to Brighton Cycle to raise money for the British Heart Foundation in memory of my father, Mark Mason.

In 2010 my dad died at the age of 50 from a unexpected and sudden heart attack. The British Heart Foundation is the biggest independent funder of heart and circulatory research in the UK. Helping to find cures and treatments to give people more time with their loved ones.

The cycle is 54 miles and will be the furthest I have ever cycled to date. Please consider donating if you can.
