I will be participating in 5 km  charity run in Richmond Park on Saturday 1st July  2023 in support of  UK registered Charity  No:1128912 run by ADVRO.

ADVRO focuses it's projects focus on providing health and educational support to those who are in need in the Eastern Province of Sri Lanka. An area badly affected by the civil war and tsunami, your donations will go towards vital rehabilitative projects in the area.One of it's main projects is an Elderly Care Home for those with difficulty in a vulnerable time in their life. All life, of all ages is important and with a lack of provision for the elderly many suffer without simple needs being met. ADVRO's Care home hopes to provide love and care for these precious people at no cost to them. To help us run this valuable service please donate generously. Thank you for your support
