Story

Hi lovelies,

This Feburary I'm running 100 kilometers to fundraise for MindOut, a queer mental health charity and support system here in Brighton!

Being queer, I know that having a point of contact and peers to support you can make all the difference to your journey! Facing rejection, abuse and violence for who you are is still a reality for many LGBTQI+ people, and no one should ever feel alone in that.

Running has always helped me find clarity and soothed anxiety in hard times, so I'm trying to have each kilometer that I run be matched with a pound.

Please give if you can, any donations will warm my queer little heart and help MindOut provide counselling, mentoring and emergency support! Thanks so much!

Love,

Raphael x
