Bishop Grady Villas provides residential, employment, transition, and life skills development programs to individuals with unique abilities in Central Florida including Project Search, a year long training and internship program that BGV is expanding to meet the huge demand.  Less than 20% of people with developmental disabilities are employed and Project Search is changing that!   Last year, two of my friends were turned down by Project Search because they didn't have enough spaces.   Your donations can help change that. Today, BGV is also faced with an enormous challenge keeping the vulnerable individuals they serve and the staff who support them safe, happy, and healthy. We are so grateful to the HEROES who show up each day to support and care for the residents, and team members who provide development activities in person and through videoconferencing. These heroes keep those BGV serves growing, and happy while they deal with the frustrations of the government order prohibiting visitation from outside family and friends.
