Im going to be walking/running around Swanley lake for 24 hours nonstop on the 22nd May to raise as much money as possible for Mental Health UK.

Im ex British Military, and completely appreciate the support people need in this area, Ive had so many friends and comrades suffer mentally and have also had my own battle to fight, so if I can do something positive and raise money at the same time, its a winner 👍
