So please dig deep and donate now. Members of the Shirley Red Lion Folk Club, Ray Brookes and Peter McKenna have put together a book and CD of poetry and song to raise £500 for Marie-Curie. The work is in memory of Ray's friend Pete Littley and his younger brother, the actor Peter Shorey who both died of cancer at a relatively young age. The cost is £10 and all proceeds from the book and CD will go to Marie-Curie as the printing costs have been paid for by friends and family.
