Hi friends and family, I hope will help me in my efforts to raise a few pounds for this great charity.  Many of you will know that  my dad, Jimmy Mcilwraith, along with some of his sisters, lived out his last years with this horrible disease. It robbed him of his personality, his fitness and his sense of humour, long before it took his life. Wish me luck ! I'm sure it will be thrilling!
