Story

As Principal and Assistant Principal of The BRIT School, we are taking on the challenge of cycling from London to Brighton to support Croydon Health Charity.

Earlier this year the BRIT School partnered with the charity with a performance of 'The Frontline' by our talented Community Arts students.

Please do support us if you can in our challenge to cycle 110 miles for a great local cause.

52,000 young people living in Croydon require NHS care each year, for conditions ranging from diabetes to cancer. Play is a vital part of development for children and brings joy to little ones on a daily basis. Two-year-old Freddie is no different. However, like 1 in 10 young people in Croydon, he suffers with a respiratory condition that makes his breathing more difficult and has resulted in three hospital admissions. As part of the development of our brand new children's care unit, we are creating fun, therapeutic play spaces for young people. Many children find coming in to hospital scary and with your support, we can alleviate their fears and provide a welcome distraction from the often serious and long term illnesses they are living with. With your support, we can make these ambitions a reality.
