Less than 3 years ago I was  a committed 5k runner and that was all  But one thing led to another and here I am headed for Manchester to run more than 8 times that distance

In February 2019 my firm www.grantsaw.com chose Age Exchange as its charity of the year..

Age Exchange is the national centre for Reminiscence Arts. Established in 1985, Age Exchange has unparalleled expertise in utilising Reminiscence Arts to improve health and wellbeing in older people. Their goals are to:

•             reduce isolation and loneliness in the elderly

•             to support carers to maintain their own health and wellbeing

Age Exchange dementia group feedback:

•             75% of carers attending our services say it has helped improve their satisfaction with life

•             87% of those attending the groups who have dementia reported feeling a sense of companionship/community as a result of participating
