Hi everybody as most of you know my main passion is running (apart from watching shit football) on August 1st  myself and my daughter Clare will be running the london landmarks half marathon around Colchester on behalf of Alzheimer UK we have a very close bond withe the charity as Clare lost her gran to this cruel disease if you would like to sponsor us no matter how small we will be eternally grateful.

Their research do try to slow down and eventually cure the condition is reliant on donations so I would be grateful if you could sponsor me for the above whatever amount large or small
