In March 2018, our daughter Maeve received her Assistance Dog Dixie. Dixie is an enormous help to our family, going on shopping trips, holidays, walks, to restaurants & events have become a lot easier for all of us. Maeve finds great comfort knowing Dixie is by her side & us even more so knowing that Dixie is keeping Maeve safe for us. 

At home Dixie is wonderful friend for the kids & Maeve quite often makes her  play the role of ‘Sandy’ in the musical film Annie, which Dixie duly does making Maeve a very happy little girl. 

We hope to raise funds to thank the Irish Guide Dogs & to allow many more families benefit from the great work of the Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind.
