UK POLICE UNITY TOUR 2022 · 19 August 2022 to 21 August 2022 ·

The Police Unity Tour is a long-distance cycle ride undertaken by hundreds of police officers across the UK, to raise awareness of Law Enforcement Officers who have died in the line of duty and raise funds for Care of Police Survivors.

Story

I have done this for 8 years and this is the 10th anniversary of the ride. This will be mine and Katie’s last taking part. However this ride will still be a challenge with more miles and elevation than previous years.

This year is going to be particularly hard as we lost Simon Cole a board member and avid supporter of COPS. We have had some brilliant times with Simon and it won’t be the same without him. We will ride in his honour with the rest of the chapter.

Please support us to help COPS and raise money for those that have died protecting the public.

About COPS

COPS provides peer support opportunities and access to counselling services to help surviving family members (‘survivors’) rebuild their shattered lives."Your loss is a part of who you are but COPS helps you realise that it doesn’t define you. We are all one big family."Since its foundation in 2003, COPS has helped hundreds of police families devastated by the loss of a loved one who died on duty.
