Since Easter we have been training hard for our summer adventure when we plan to cycle, as a family, from John o Groats, home to Cornwall. The journey will be approximately 1100 miles and take nearly a month.

We are doing it to fulfil a long held ambition and so we thought we'd see if we could raise some money for The Friends' of The Royal Cornwall Hospital.
