We're aiming to complete the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge within 12 hours to raise money to help East Kent Independent Dementia Support (EKIDS) while also having a positive impact on our own physical and mental wellness.

EKIDS is run entirely by a dedicated team of volunteers, all of whom have experience with dementia care; EKIDS facilitate a range of support groups and hold monthly meetings based around informal socialisation, lunches and outings
