Reading's Young Professionals are taking on a Tough Mudder to fundraise for Ambitious About Autism. 

As voted for by our colleagues, Marsh McLennan appointed
Ambitious about Autism as the UK Strategic Charity partner for
2021 – 2023. 

Ambitious about Autism is the national charity for children and young people with autism. We provide services, raise awareness and understanding, and campaign for change. Through TreeHouse School, The Rise School and Ambitious College we offer specialist education and support.Our ambition is to make the ordinary possible for more children and young people with autism. 

Our fundraising efforts will support Employ Autism,
a national employability programme which provides paid
internships and meaningful work experience opportunities
to autistic young people

Our Target of £2,000 will cover the following:

• £150 - Supports a young person with developng their CV and their application technique. 
• £250 - Pays for a 60 minute webinar for up to 500 participants to help raise awareness and increase their understanding of autism.
• £500 - Provides 5 autistic people with tailored advice and guidance in 1-1 career sessions.                                                      
• £750 - Covers the cost of training for a small employer to help them make sustainable changes to their recruitment practices. 
• £1,000 - Helps upskill 10 autistic young people to talk about their lived experience to new audiences through different platforms and ensure they are reimbursed for their time.          
• £2,000 - Covers the cost of training for 50 careers and employability professionals to tailor their advice to suit the needs of thier autistic clients. 

All donations will be greatly appreciated, big or small.
