I am tremendously excited to be running the London marathon for the first time in 2021, fundraising for the Multiple Sclerosis Society where I work.We recently launched our biggest fundraising appeal ever. Our Stop MS Appeal aims to raise £100 million over a ten year period to accelerate new research and stop MS. Leading scientists agree MS could be stopped, with treatments for everyone in late stage trials by 2025. Having worked for the Society for 6 years I know the incredible things we can achieve: we can stop MS together!I'll be organising a series of fun activities you can get involved in, including a concert, raffle and pub quiz, so look out for details on this page.Thank you for your support. What is MS? MS is an unpredictable and incurable condition that affects people's nervous systems. It can attack suddenly or progress steadily, bringing a range of symptoms which can include sight loss, incontinence, fatigue and mobility problems. No-one with MS can be sure when or how it will affect them next.
The MS Society Here at the MS Society we understand what life's like with MS. And together we are stronger. We're researching, writing, campaigning and fighting. Running, walking, caring and talking.
