On 25th January 2007 Reagan was diagnosed as having Cystic Fibrosis, this came as complete shock to us all and if I am completely honest has turned our world upside down.

Reagan is such an energetic, happy and mischievious little boy who is adored by everyone that meets him.

Cystic Fibrosis is the UK's most common life-threatening inherited disease.   It is caused by a single faulty gene that controls the movement of salts through the body.  In Cystic Fibrosis, the internal organs, especially the lungs and digestive system, become clogged with thick, sticky mucus, resulting in infections an inflammation making it hard to breathe and digest food. 

The cystic Fibrosis Trust is the UK's only national charity dedicated to improving the length and quality of life for those with Cystic Fibrosis.  It funds medical research to treat the symptoms of, and find a cure for, Cystic Fibrosis. 

On the 20th May 2007 myself, Jonathan, Ryan and Reagan will be taking part in a 9km sponsored walk to raise as much money as we can for the CF Trust so that hopefully they will be able to find a cure for our precious little boy Reagan and other CF suffers.
