Rearsby and District Young Farmers Club is embarking on a sponsored charity challenge of walking the Leicestershire Round, 112 miles, in two days. Two teams will start at the High Cross Monument near Sharnford on Saturday, 4 April; one team to go eastwards and one team to go westwards, both arriving back in Ashby Folville on the Sunday evening, 5 April.
We will be raising money for the Farming Community Network, a charity that has directly helped two local farming families in the last year following tragic losses.
