Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Those of you who know me will know that I am not the fittest person around. However in April this year I joined the 'couch to 5k' and quite quickly caught the running bug. If you do know me then you will also know that I like a challenge and so (with lots of persuasion) I decided to sign up for my biggest challenge of all.. running the half marathon 😳. 

Apart from giving me a great sense of achievement.. I am also intending to raise some money for Nottingham Hospitals (NUH) SWAN initiative Hayward House fund 

SWAN end of life care model was launched in Nottingham in 2016 and helps bring a compassionate and personalised approach to those families who are losing or have lost a loved one. SWAN encourages the use of hand prints, hair locks and memory boxes to help cherish those precious last memories.
