Story
Dudley Little Theatre have been provided local theatre for Dudley since 1947. In 2020 their home for over 70 years was closed because of Covid and has not been reopened by the local authority. DLT has suffered over these last few years as a consequence, not least in terms of income, but also in terms of audience and members. Help DLT recover and continue to provide entertainment through theatre to our local community and help encourage more people to take part in this fast disappearing art.
Personally, DLT means a whole lot, I have been a member since 1996 and could not bear to see it close after all these years. Like Dick Whittington, I shall be walking to 'London', to seek a fortune (or rather a donation or two), in aid of my favourite theatre group.
I am combining both a dry January and 10,000 steps per day (because one task would not be enough!) If anyone knows me, they will know I like a good sit down and a drink so please donate to keep me on the straight and narrow!!
