I am doing all the above challenges in support of age uk norwich. Rat race is a 20 mile 200 obstacle course race, tough mudder is a 13 mile 20 + obstacle course race and the national 3 peaks challenge is climbing the highest 3 mountains in England, Scotland and Wales all in 24 hours . I am doing this with a large group of friends and need your help in raising as much money as possible to help local elderly people who have no other means of support.....thankyou very much 😀 xx
