Quit for a Bit -Get Kidney Fit They say it takes 30 days to break a bad habit and develop a positive new one, so take control of your cravings and quit your vice for 30 days to raise money for vital research.

Story

My kidney Mama (the lady who phenomenally donated her kidney to me) and I are ‘Quitting for a bit.’

I am giving up chocolate, biscuits, cake, sweets……basically any sweet treat 😳

My kidney Mamma, who already has a plant based diet, is giving up carbs AND alcohol 😳

We will add the money we would have spent on ‘sweet stuff, carbs & alcohol at the end of the month.

For the love of dessert, carbs & alcohol, we want to raise as much money as poss for such a fantastic charity! Kidney Research UK is helping transform the lives & futures of those living with kidney disease. That’s 10% of the entire population according to kidney.org which is a lot of people, so please help?!

Kidney disease is now being the 10th top cause of death globally, Kidney Research UK has never been more important. Kidney disease ruins and destroys lives. Research is key to transforming kidney health and support is crucial to make this happen. Please donate whatever you can, every £ will help to keep research going and help kidney patients. Kidney disease ends here.
