Story
I am supporting my childhood friend Karen and her husband Mark who's beautiful daughter Emily is sadly suffering from a brain tumour. This is their story:
"Our story began on 31 March 2017 when Emily was diagnosed with a brain tumour, when she was just 2.
The operation took place on 3 April. She couldn't get off the ventilator, we spent 30 days in intensive care and she had to have a trachy fitted.
The tumour or the operation (we'll never know which) has caused Emily to have many problems. She lost all physical abilities and couldn't even hold her head.
We spent 142 days in Birmingham Children's Hospital.
I want to raise awareness for Brain Tumours and Children's Cancer."
