Story
So, I would walk 500 miles, but that wouldn't really be as much of a challenge for me. I want to push myself and get moving as I spend most of my time sitting typing (or watching TV or reading). Hence, cycling/rowing 500 miles in February (at home). I also wanted to raise money for a couple of different charities that are close to my heart, and wanted to give people the choice of where to donate their hard-earned pennies. Five is my 'lucky number' and I also really like alliteration!
Throughout February I will be forcing myself to cycle every day until I hit the 500 miles target, using a bright pink bike I bought on eBay from the North Air Ambulance.
I am currently in typical January couch potato lockdown shape, so this will definitely be a challenge!
Any and all donations to any of the five charities would be gratefully received.
Thanks in advance!
Elle
