We started doing the couch to 5K - before that we had never really ran anywhere! We are now going to train to complete the spring 10K in Liverpool Sefton Park and we aim to jog/ run the whole way. We are raising money for Transforming choice because addiction hurts people and families and the work that they do there is as I said life changing. We are running to thank them and to give something back.
