I'm taking on the Hackney Half Marathon, and fundraising for CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably).  If the Hackney Half Marathon doesn't go ahead because of coronavirus I'm still running it, no ifs or buts I am going to make it happen. I shall just do the half marathon in a different location. 

My biggest achievement is just to make it to the end of 2020. I have found it to be such a struggle but I have learned some of my harsh lessons last year. Unfortunately, not everyone made it to the other side and can be here with us. Many lost their battle to mental health during the lockdown, everyone has emotions, therefore, everyone has mental health, and over these harsh months, everyone has struggled with their own demons. More than ever we need to make a priority of our mental health.

My aim is to give myself a positive focus and people something to get behind and follow, and to keep pushing the message that we must talk. Walk/run and talk. And it's okay not to be okay and it's okay to talk about what goes on behind closed doors.
