In May this year our very good friend Laura Barker sadly lost her battle to bowel cancer and it was one hell of a battle that she carried out with fierce determination and good humour.  She was one of the bravest and strongest girls we have had the good fortune to know.  

Her last days were spent at St John's Hospice where she was able to enjoy the beautiful gardens and was cared for and kept comfortable.

We'd like to think this would make Laura smile as she was always up for a challenge and even after her diagnosis she was rolling boulders up hills!
