Story
In memory of my beautiful baby boy, Jacob.
Jacob was born a strong, perfect baby boy on 18/08/2022 and had to battle Meningitis for 16 days of his precious little life, until we heartbreakingly lost him on 03/09/2022.
Forever in our hearts! 💚
This challenge will take me to summit Skiddaw, Helvellyn, Hellvellyn Lower Man, Scafell, Symonds Knott, Scafell Pike, Broad Crag and III Crag over 2 days.
Please help raise funds for this amazing charity that help people affected by Meningitis and help raise funds to research ways to stop Meningitis taking lives.
