Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I am a Trustee of the Indian Rural Health Trust (UK), which supports village healthcare and health education in rural Andra Pradesh. I was a volunteer with the Indian Rural Health Service (in India) in my early 20s, and have been a supporter of their work ever since. I have seen, at first hand, how they transform the lives of rural village families who do not have access to cancer screening or routine healthcare. This is my small contribution and anything you can add will go directly into patient services and towards the costs of supplying new clinics, which are planned for 2021-2, in remote districts where local people have no other access to healthcare. They also provide a vital patient counselling and support service for people who need to be referred on for treatment in major city Hospitals, due to the severity of their conditions.
