I'm running the Merthyr Virtual Half Marathon on Sept 20 in aid of City Hospice, which does amazing work caring for people with life-limiting conditions in their own homes and supporting their families.

The Merthyr Half was postponed in March due to Covid, but runners can take part in a socially distanced event on the 20th in their own time. I'll be running a 13.1 mile stretch of the Taff Trail; small donations much appreciated.
