Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

When I was 10 years old I was diagnosed with epilepsy. At this time it was very scary and hard to understand as I knew nothing about this illness and neither did my family. It took nearly three years to stabilise my epilepsy with medication.

I am now nearly 16 years old.My seizures were under control until last October and I am now trying new medicine to try to bring them back under control. This means at times I am quite unwell and in and out of hospital for short times. I have great support from my friends and family but it is still hard.

I have decided to raise money for this charity as they support so many people with epilepsy and their families.

Some of my friends and I are doing a sponsored walk from Dalbeattie to Rockcliffe which is roughly 5 miles to raise money for Epilepsy Connections.
