I decided it was about time I asked people to sponsor me for a run :) I have done the New Forest Half Marathon two times before, but it would really help me along those 13.1 miles to know this time it will be more than just a personal acheivement; money will be raised towards fighting Motor Neurone Disease.

As many of you know, my father died in 1997 of this terrible disease. There is no known cause or cure, therefore every penny raised will be a great help, funding research and helping those who have MND try to live as normal a life as possible. It would be great if we could raise as much as we could for this worthwhile cause :)
