<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>I will be running for Rise domestic abuse services, a charity which provides vital support to the victims (male and female) of domestic abuse. They operate a helpline, which last year took over 3000 calls, 2 refuges providing crisis accomodation and offer a &nbsp;wide range of essential services for the families in need of their help including counselling, legal and financial advice, playgroups and 1 to 1 support. It costs &pound;3100 every day to keep these vital life saving services available, so every penny you can spare will help to keep safe some of the most vulnerable in the community.</p> <p>I feel very proud to be supporting their work by running the Brighton Half Mararthon and I will be working very hard to meet both my fundrasing target and my target run time of under 2 hours- phew!&nbsp;</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
