I’m taking part in a sponsored 6km open water sea swim from Swansea Pier to Mumbles Pier in August to raise money to enable the RLSS (Royal Life Saving Society) to send a Welsh team to compete at the Commonwealth Lifesaving Championships 2013 in Canberra.

The Commonwealth Lifesaving Championships take place every two years and are attended by the most capable lifesavers in the Commonwealth Nations, this year with your help Wales will send a team.
