I have chosen to support Winston's Wish because of the work they do supporting children and young people who have lost a parent or sibling. Losing John was - and still is - incredibly hard but as an adult, I was able to find my own support. Children, though, don't know where to begin with the grieving process unless someone is there to guide them. Anyone who has lost someone close to them, particularly when it was unexpected, needs help and support and luckily I have some fantastic friends who are still incredibly supportive. It is therefore important to me to support Winston's Wish so that they can help children and young people to understand their bereavement.
