My husband committed suicide in December 2018.  Since then my family has received counselling support from Dawn and Sues at Barnardos.  Their care and understanding at such a difficult time for us has been invaluable.  I would like to show them how grateful I am by raising money to ensure that more people can benefit from the fantastic work that they do. This is the first time that I have run this distance.  Before lockdown I hadn't run more than 5km so this will be a real challenge for me #TeamBarnardos!
